My name is Jessica Asay.  I was raised in the Carson Valley and although I have lived in other areas throughout my adult life, seeing the Sierra Nevada Mountains always brings me home. I grew up riding my horses on dirt roads and staying out late enough to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that only this area can offer.

I believe it is important to always deliver top results and an enjoyable experience. I also appreciate that I work with an amazing team of real estate professionals.  I respect that buying or selling a home is a very personal endeavor and would love the opportunity to earn your trust and exceed your expectations.

 Hello, I'm Rossalyn Hoid.  I grew up at Lake Tahoe and attended Whittell High School where I met and married my husband, Gary.

I've lived in the Carson Valley and Carson City area for many years and I come from a family deeply ingrained in the construction and real estate industries.  My father was a General Contractor and my husband and father-in-law were also Contractors.  This background and my love of the real estate industry have been the inspiration for my career and make me uniquely suited to serve my clients.

I believe that communication is vital in helping my clients feel in control and informed in the transaction process.
